Summary: With fluctuations in the price of soybean grain, there is interest in factors that reduce soybean yield. This presentation will help consultants, growers, and other practitioners in the Eastern Cornbelt identify yield-limiting factors in soybean production. Specifically, this presentation will discuss soybean planting date, soil fertility, and soybean cyst nematode. Recommendations will be given to reduce the effect of yield-limiting factors and increase soybean yield.
